1. Distribution point:
According to the soil type and the distribution of crop varieties 2ml GC vials, the soil fertility is high, medium and low respectively. Generally, 150-300 mu (different areas can be determined according to the situation) adopt a mixed layer of plough layer, and at least 3-4 mixed agrochemical soil samples are collected from the main farm soils in each demonstration village. The sampling points are distributed in a zigzag or snake shape, and should be as uniform and random as possible. The soil base map is used to determine the sampling plots and sampling points, and is marked on the map to determine the survey sampling route and plan.
2. Sampling location and depth:
According to the thickness of the plough layer, the sampling depth is determined, and the sampling depth is generally 0-20 cm 2ml GC vials.
3. Sampling season and time:
The location and time of the asbestos agrochemical soil samples 2ml GC vials should be consistent with the soil areas represented by the soil backbone agrochemical samples in the second soil survey to compare the changes before and after soil nutrient. The collection time of soil samples was also consistent with the time of soil agrochemical sampling at the second soil survey. If it is impossible to find out the time of the second soil census collection, it will be collected in the winter before the autumn harvest.

4. Sampling method, quantity:
The agrochemical soil sample adopts a multi-point mixed soil sample collection method, and each mixed agrochemical soil sample consists of 20 sample points. The sample distribution range is not less than 3 mu (the local area can be determined according to the situation). The depth and weight of the soil should be uniform at each point, and the ratio of the upper layer and the lower layer of the soil sample should be the same. The sampler should be perpendicular to the ground and grounded to the specified depth. Sampling uses stainless steel, wood, bamboo or plastic appliances. Do not touch metal utensils and rubber products during sample handling, storage, etc. to prevent contamination 2ml GC vials. Each mixed sample is generally taken to be about 1 kg. If too many samples are collected, the excess soil can be discarded by the "quadruple method".
5. Sample number and file record:
Sampling records: soil sample number, sampling location and latitude and longitude, soil name, sampling depth, front crop and yield, sampling date, sampler, etc.

This is the end of the introduction of Method for sampling soil vials. I hope it can help you.
