First, there are many factors in the low response.20ml gas chromatography vials

The first point is to consider the lack of headspace conditions: you can try to increase the equilibrium temperature; you can try to extend the balance time. However, there is a principle that excessive equilibrium temperature may be excessive evaporation of the matrix solvent (DMF or DMSO) as a solvent, resulting in an increase in the vapor pressure in the headspace bottle and a decrease in the gas phase ratio of other substances at equilibrium. So generally not higher than 90 °C. Time is also appropriate within 30 minutes.
The second is the split ratio. Direct injection in the gas phase is generally due to liquid injection. The molecular weight entering the system is higher than that of the headspace injection, so the split ratio is generally higher, 50:1~100:1. However, because the headspace injection is a gas injection, its molecular weight entering the chromatographic system is less than that of the liquid injection, so it is normal for the response to be low at the same split ratio. Just turn down the split ratio. Adjust to 20:1 or even 10:1.

Other conditions may be disregarded if they are consistent with direct injection.20ml gas chromatography vials
